We at Qudify, develop and license out QR-based software solutions to digitalize workspace usage, which enhances the overall experience & efficiency of an organization. This mobile-first platform has been designed to be hardware-independent and functions without any application downloads.

The mission of Qudify is to bring the digital experience of a Grade A building to 1.48 million Indian enterprises and MSMEs at affordable rates.

In July of 2022, Qudify started with 2 MVP products- a Visitor self-check-in & booking software for meeting rooms & Desks.

Within the first five months of our launch we have grown at a MOM rate of 30%+ and have secured marquee clients like ICICI Prudential, Suzlon Energy, ROOP Polymers, Spectra internet, Jyothy Labs, Fuji electric, and achieved a Weekly Active User/Monthly Active User ratio of more than 40%.

In the post-pandemic world, enterprises are more adept towards digital solutions which minimize physical touch points throughout their workspace & enable them to monitor workspace usage on a real-time basis.

This trend is sector agnostic as we onboarded clients across multiple sectors such as Telecommunications, Banking & Insurance, Energy, Manufacturing, Plant & Machinery, Information Technology, Healthcare, Co-working, Educational Institutions, etc. Enterprises from these sectors are not only adapting and implementing our solutions rapidly but also coming up with their real-life problem statements along with required solutions such as Event management software, Contractual workforce management software, Attendance Management software, OPD management software for hospitals, Inventory management software, Mobile based access control system, etc.

Qudify develops affordable QR-based SaaS solutions which are hardware independent and designed to function without application downloads. Since Qudify is cloud-based it enables enterprises to monitor workspace usage of multiple offices in a centralized manner at the same time ensuring minimum physical touch points across all their workspaces.   1. What visitor management techniques are available to help establish a safe and welcoming environment?

We are living in a world where a person can web check-in at airports and generate digital boarding passes but does a manual entry on a register using a pen at almost every corporate house or workspace.

This manual process is full of inefficiency, consumes valuable time as it results in long queues due to the one-by-one entry process, and lacks hygiene as everybody touches the same register and pen for their entry.

Moreover, it is not safe at all as there is no way of cross-verifying the details on a register. A few Visitor Management Service providers use a tablet/digital notepad instead of a register. This partly solves the problem by ensuring digitalized as well as verified entries. But the problem of long Queues and physical touchpoints remains, due to the nature of the solution i.e. hardware dependency.

We at Qudify have come up with a hardware-independent solution that minimizes physical touchpoints, ensures digital and verified entries, avoids long queues, and ensures a welcoming experience by offering a Co-branded solution. The Indian SaaS market is expected to be valued at $50 Billion by 2030 and will account for almost 7 to 10% of the global SaaS market, from 2-4% at present. Out of which Workspace digitalization in India, is going to be a $3 Billion +, industry aimed at digitalizing the 1.48 million registered companies on MCA. Going forward workspace usage is going to be digital and hardware independent, where the only hardware required to access a workspace is going to be a mobile phone.
