Q1. What are your current market share and expansion plans?
Ans: Over the years, Consistent has grown successfully and has increased its footprint across all major states in India with 20+ branches, a team of 300+ employees, a portfolio of 275+ products, 55+ Service centers and more than 3500+ channel partners PAN India.
Leadership and vision clubbed with teamwork and technological advancement in the products have made Consistent a promising brand offering technologically superior products and world-class technical support.
The company has witnessed considerable growth in the Year 2022 with remarkable sales and distribution numbers in all of our product categories. We did good business with our best-selling products in the SSDs and Motherboard segment this year.
By the end of 2023, Consistent aims to cover 180 cities across 24 States. The brand is already present in all the major Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities with upto 3 lakh populations and is targeting to cover Tier 3 cities with 1 lakh population. In terms of profit, Consistent is witnessing 4 times the sales since 2019 with double-digit YoY growth. The brand is aiming to achieve a substantial growth percentage in terms of revenue in this financial year.
Q2. What are the major selling products in your product portfolio and its key USPs?
Ans: Consistent has a vast product portfolio ranging from Motherboards, Hard Disk, RAM, STVs, Monitor, LED TV, External Hard Drives, Dongles, Pen drives, CPU Coolers, SMPS, PoE Switches, Currency Counting Machines, Graphics Card and Toner Cartridge etc. All the Consistent products are doing well in the market with the SSD category topping the list. The brand focuses on delivering quality & service and these parameters remain of utmost importance in everything Consistent does to provide customer satisfaction
Q3. How is Consistent better than the other hardware companies?
Ans: Consistent, as a brand believes in leadership and vision, clubbed with teamwork and technological advancement in the products can make a brand promising and stand out against the competition. Working on the same vision, the brand works closely with its channel community organizing regular training programs on a joint Go-to-Market strategy. Consistent also understands the importance of our channel community and hence works closely with them for a growth-driven business module.
Q4. Are you planning any major investments in terms of channel expansion?
Ans: We are investing heavily in the sales force so that we can reach more and more channel partners. We are increasing stock points like we have increased our parent warehouse in Mumbai which will help us cater better. For stock points we are increasing stock levels. The sales team which was previously concentrated in state capitals now we are increasing in the periphery also.
Q5. What is your current market share and how do you plan to grab more market share in 2023?
Ans: We have been awarded the title of Highest Selling SSD Brand and Fastest Growing Indian IT Brand by various organizations. We are witnessing 4 times the sales since 2019 with double-digit growth YoY. In the Year 2022, we witnessed considerable growth with remarkable sales and distribution numbers in all of our product categories. Among all the major product categories that we are selling, we rank among top two vendors. Also, we hold a significant share of the product line in the market. In 2023 we will increase our reach by increasing stocking points and increasing service points which will in long term increase our market share of the product.
Q6. Any new product launches in the pipeline?
Ans: At Consistent, we have a varied product portfolio from IT hardware, Security & Surveillance, Print consumables, and Electronics & Home entertainment products all under one roof.
In 2023, we have lots of products planned to be launched; like in the CCTV category we have introduced many products, in cables we have started CAT 6 cables and CCTV Cables, and we have also launched 4G Routers.
Besides this we are introducing the range of peripherals product line – Keyboards, Mouse, and Cabinets etc. We have already launched this range and will keep on adding more to these product lines. We are introducing more categories in the flash range also as a part of our product portfolio.
