-To open new offices in India and other countries and hire 70+ new employees
Sciative, a dynamic pricing company that provides fully Automated AI-based solutions across various industries, is looking to expand. The expansion comes from all dimensions – product, people, places (international)! With that it has recently opened doors into a brand-new office at Navi Mumbai, next to the Bombay-Pune highway.
Headquartered in prime location at Navi-Mumbai Sciative was started by Dr. Anshu Jalora and Vijeta Soni. The company is a price optimization solutions provider that serves SMBs as well as large businesses.
AI-based Dynamic pricing company also plans to open a new office in Bangalore in the upcoming quarter. By end of year 2023, it also intends to establish satellite offices in Gujarat and Rajasthan’s tier 2 and tier 3 cities. The satellite offices will not include client-facing work but mainly carry out operations work. The headquarter will be in Navi Mumbai where all the client-facing work will happen. Sciative also intends to open an office in Dubai in order to enter the international market.
Sciative solutions will also be creating new job opportunities as it plans to expand its team strength from an existing 55 employees to 125 by July 2023 across different departments such as HR, tech, product innovations, services, operations, business growth sales, and marketing.
Ms. Vijeta Soni, Co-Founder & CEO, said, “Mumbai is a key and vital location in terms of expanding our business. Many of our key clients are based in Mumbai, which is also a prospective market due to the city’s sizable population of retail customers. Additionally, it serves as a hub for clients coming from the south and the north. Also, Mumbai local station is 2 minutes away which makes commuting easy for the employees traveling from longer distances.
Designed by the well-known interior designer, Sameer Sancheti and his team of designers, with years of experience in designing We Work styled next-gen office spaces, the new office in Navi Mumbai is built on an area of 7000 sq. ft. The office’s layout and theme are intriguing with its open, airy, high ceilings; the absence of designated workstations for employees so that they may interact more; a large colloquial table for the eating area; and open shells for meetings. Every room is identified by a currency, standing tables, and hanging tables for quick meetings, and pods for discreet conversations.
Dr. Anshu Jalora, the founder and managing director of Sciative, commented on the company’s present growth prospects, stating that “business growth is 40% in business and 70% growth in the team.” We anticipate growth to double after satellite offices.
